Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in a technical program (preferred) or possess a strong aptitude for mechanics.
• Working knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines (a plus).
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced service technicians with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Crown and other lift truck brands.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on customer lift trucks as instructed.
• Complete paperwork and service reports following each job.
• Participate in technical training opportunities offered by Crown Lift Trucks.
