Education & Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/engineering.
  • Have a university degree in Construction Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management.
  • Have University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience in providing contracts management in the areas of large and complex construction.
  • Experience in renovation projects in international or multinational environments.
  • United Nations public procurement rules and regulations.
  • Work Experience in processing claims and change orders in a construction environment.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
  • Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Supporting the contracts management officer with the development.
  • Managing contract changes and supporting the preparation of contract amendments.
  • Participating in contract review meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Developing and implementing contract compliance checklists.
  • Providing input to statements of works, and requirements.
