Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration / economic.
  • Master’s degree in social science and community development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial law.
  • Have University degree in public relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience in external relations, public affairs or international development cooperation.
  • Prior working Experience in supply chain managemen.
  • Well experienced Microsoft Office suites and other technology (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems, SharePoint) with the ability to learn new tools.
  • Experience in the logistics and administration of international travel.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for providing input to and advice on the annual supply plan.
  • Responsible for liaising with clients in planning procurement and contracting initiatives.
  • Responsible for preparing requests for award including submissions to Contract Review Committee.
  • Responsible for reading prepared ahead of key external meetings.
  • Responsible for developing training and capacity building material to support the building capacities
  • Responsible for carrying out targeted capacity building activities to strengthen the capacities.
