Qualifications

  • Senior undergraduate student or recent graduate (within the past 6 months) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Creative Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and Photoshop.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects.
  • Strong desire to gain PR experience in the entertainment industry.

(Prior internship experience in film, publicity, marketing, or a related field is a plus.)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with press monitoring, research projects, and document management to support film publicity efforts.
  • Coordinate and manage publicity materials, ensuring their effective distribution.
  • Provide on-the-ground support at various events, including special screenings, premieres, press junkets, and film festivals (as needed).
  • Assist the Publicity Director with various tasks and meeting preparation.
