Summary:
International Volunteer HQ’s School Support project offers volunteers the chance to gain practical experience by assisting students who require additional support within educational settings. Whether these students are new to the school, facing learning difficulties, or encountering challenges in specific subjects or areas, having the dedicated attention, guidance, and motivation of a volunteer can greatly benefit them. By providing close support, lending a helping hand, and offering encouragement, volunteers play a vital role in helping these students overcome obstacles and develop their abilities.

Fees:
The fees and the number of weeks vary depending on the volunteer’s choice, with program fees starting from $295 for 1 week. Additionally, all programs attract a registration fee of US$329, which covers all pre-departure support services. The program fee includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, airport pick-up, orientation, and 24/7 support.
Aims:
- Provide personalized academic support to students facing challenges, including those who are new, have learning difficulties, or are struggling with specific topics. Volunteers offer close attention, tutoring, and homework assistance, fostering the students’ academic development and helping them overcome obstacles.
- Foster social and cultural integration by immersing volunteers in the Ecuadorian culture and facilitating direct interaction with students in local schools and centers. This experience creates a bridge between communities, promoting understanding, tolerance, and cross-cultural exchange. Additionally, volunteers have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally through this enriching experience.
