Michigan Medicine’s Department of Communication is seeking a passionate Digital Asset Management Intern to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

What you’ll do:

  • Help us develop and maintain our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services team to organize and optimize creative projects.
  • Create clear and consistent naming conventions for digital assets.
  • Ensure accurate metadata tagging for easy search and retrieval.
  • Train and support staff on using the DAM system effectively.
  • Oversee the upload and quality control of digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend system improvements.
  • Assist in creating and editing digital content (optional).
