Introduction:
Savvy is a global virtual fellowship program that is available in 111 languages for bright, driven young people who want to be a part of the next wave of impact entrepreneurs.
Numerous people have lost their employment and are now living in an uncertain environment as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak and the recent economical crisis. These people are receiving the information and skills from Savvy Fellowship that will enable them to launch and successfully run impact-driven businesses.
You will receive the information, abilities, resources, tools, network of support, and community needed to create an impact-driven business that is successful, inventive, and sustainable as a Savvy Fellow.
The Savvy Global Fellowship for Aspiring and Early-Stage Entrepreneurs, supported by the Roddenberry Foundation, the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation, the International Telecommunication Union, and Because International, has selected, trained, and supported 11,366 Fellows from 170 countries since it was established in 2020. The fellowship has received over 198,860 applications from all over the world.
Qualifications:
- All prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs worldwide are welcome to apply. There are no limitations based on geography, ethnicity, or education.
- Young people between the ages of 18 and 40 who can demonstrate through application their passion for learning and bringing about long-lasting change in their community (and the world) are welcomed as new Fellows by Savvy.
- Nonetheless, candidates over 40 with at least five years of professional or entrepreneurial experience are given consideration by Savvy.
The Fellowship program helps selected Fellows find the answers to all the pertinent questions they need to launch their incredible impact enterprise, get early traction, find product-market fit, and expand into new markets over a period of 12 to 32 weeks, regardless of the stage of their venture.
E-Learning: The first part of the Savvy Fellowship is a demanding 12-week online course. You will learn everything from ideation to scaling as a Savvy Fellow. Understanding your customer, creating a product or service that successfully addresses their main concerns, and “effectively positioning your solution in the market” are just a few of the skills you’ll pick up throughout the program.
