Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with technical aspects of customer inquiries
- Research and compile competitor information
- Participate in product demonstrations and presentations
- Support the development of sales proposals and marketing materials
- Gain exposure to engineering processes to understand product functionality

Position Summary:
Responsibilities include assisting Customer Team (Sales & Engineering group) in product sampling for product request processing. This includes managing sample inventory, tracking customer inquiries and requests, monitoring sample fulfillment, logistics coordination, supporting Inside Sales Coordinators with day-to-day business, and on occasion doing technical projects for the Engineers. This role will potentially interface with customers.
