Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field (minimum sophomore year preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- A genuine interest in learning about the manufacturing industry (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation (a plus)
- Analytical skills and an eagerness to learn (a plus)
- Solid organizational and task management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns for Marmon and its subsidiary companies (may vary by project)
- Tracking lost/missing shipments (both incoming and outgoing)
- Receive and sort web customer requests/inquires/emails
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities (may vary by project)
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations) (may vary by project)
- Support with social media marketing efforts and content creation (may vary by project)
- Assist sales teams with administrative tasks and data analysis (may vary by project)
- Gain exposure to various aspects of sales and marketing within a leading manufacturing holding company
