Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Advanced degree or similar qualification.
- Senior Human Resources Management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) and knowledge of the local language (Dari or Pushto).
Work Experiences:
- High-risk, insecure, opaque, complex, and volatile context exposure.
- Familiarity with labor law and tax compliance.
- Recruitment of national staff following established procedures.
- Induction, including Code of Conduct and Anti-corruption guidelines.
- Staff capacity building, training, and support.
- Salary review coordination and implementation.
- Performance appraisals oversight.
- Payroll oversight.
- HR analytics and reporting.
- Office management.
