Qualifications

• Accepted to a Tier 1 institution of higher education.
• Commitment to matriculate to a Tier 1 College/University in Fall 2024.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Responsibilities

• Assist IDEA staff with various projects and initiatives to support student learning and development.
• Participate in data analysis and reporting to track student progress and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Help with administrative tasks and maintaining school records.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings.
