Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a healthcare administration, medical supply chain, or related program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects while maintain control of workflow
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand principles and implement basic procedures of infection control and aseptic technique
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work without close supervision and exercise initiative and independent judgment once technical training has been completed
• Ability to learn new procedures and equipment quickly

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control and management of respiratory supplies
• Process and track equipment orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance
• May assist with cleaning and disinfecting respiratory equipment (following safety protocols)
• Contribute to creating and maintaining an efficient supply system
• Provide support to staff with equipment inquiries
