Qualifications
- Enrolled in a second year (or higher) of a Respiratory Therapy program accredited by the CAAHEP or CoARC and in good academic standing
- Minimum of a BLS certification (Basic Life Support) to be obtained within 14 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of sterile and non-sterile respiratory supplies to ensure patient needs are met
- Process and distribute respiratory equipment and supplies to various departments within the hospital
- Participate in annual physical inventory of respiratory supplies
- Assist with processing returned or unused respiratory equipment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of and adherence to departmental policies and procedures related to respiratory care
