Lee Kong Chian Research Fellowships in Singapore, at National Library Board, Singapore 2024

The Lee Kong Chian Research Fellowship is a six-month residential program. Fellows conduct research on the collections of the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library and the National Archives of Singapore. These materials include historical documents dating from the 16th century in Singapore and Southeast Asia, as well as contemporary collections.

Program Details:

Fellows are expected to remain in residence at the library, focusing on researching the collections. They receive a monthly stipend, relocation allowance, accommodation allowance, and reimbursement for a return economy-class air ticket.

Curators, historians, academics, and independent researchers with established records of achievement in their chosen fields are encouraged to apply. Doctoral, postdoctoral, and advanced researchers are also eligible.
