DRL Applied Research and Evaluation Fund: Evidence-Based Evaluation of Approaches to Inclusive Human Rights in Ukraine

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) offers a grant program called the DRL Applied Research and Evaluation Fund.
