Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of CAD software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sports and product development preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with engineering sample evaluations, ensuring they meet design specifications.
- Assemble and prepare helmet samples for various lab testing procedures.
- Contribute to the creation of rapid prototypes using in-house resources like 3D printing.
- Participate in various lab tests, such as tensile/compression testing, under supervision.
- Assist in modifying and preparing 2D drawings based on existing 3D models.
- Manipulate and modify existing 3D models with verbal guidance from engineers.
- Contribute to other R&D projects as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
