Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of CAD software a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sports and product development preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with engineering sample evaluations, ensuring they meet design specifications.
  • Assemble and prepare helmet samples for various lab testing procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation of rapid prototypes using in-house resources like 3D printing.
  • Participate in various lab tests, such as tensile/compression testing, under supervision.
  • Assist in modifying and preparing 2D drawings based on existing 3D models.
  • Manipulate and modify existing 3D models with verbal guidance from engineers.
  • Contribute to other R&D projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
