  • Strengthen the capacity and performance of the regional office and the country offices in the areas of programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, as well as advocacy, communication, resource mobilization, and innovation.
  • Promote a culture of learning, innovation, accountability, and integrity within the regional office and the country offices, and ensure compliance with UNICEF’s policies, standards, and procedures.
