Program Details
The Refugee Fellows Program provides fellows with:
- A $15,000 grant paid in quarterly installments
- Collaboration opportunities with Refugees International staff on advocacy initiatives
- Participation in research trips, events, and meetings with policymakers
- Skill-building workshops on public speaking, advocacy planning, and communications
- Networking opportunities with other refugee leaders and advocates
Eligibility
The program is open to refugees with:
- Personal experience of forced displacement
- A commitment to advocating for the rights and safety of displaced people
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong English language skills
