Recruitment Intern

Summary:

Launch your career in the exciting world of sports marketing and event management with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT)! This remote internship opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience in recruitment while contributing to the nation’s largest junior golf tour. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, playing a key role in attracting talented young golfers to HJGT events.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for golf and/or sports (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and identify potential recruits for upcoming HJGT tournaments.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including outreach campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Manage and update databases of potential and current golfers.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and tournament information.
• Assist with responding to inquiries from players and parents.
• Support with event logistics and administrative tasks as needed.
