The position available is for a Management Trainee at Karyarth. The company is offering the opportunity to candidates with 1-6 months of internship or full-time experience in a similar role. The work location is remote, and the selection process involves three interview rounds. The working days are from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. The duration of the position is expected to be at least 3 months, with the possibility of a pre-placement offer (PPO). The compensation offered is up to 8k, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. Additionally, there are incentives available, which can result in an average 10-30% increase in the candidate’s current or previous fixed salary for recruitment internships.

Responsibilities:

The Management Trainee will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. They will assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, manage employee personnel files, and ensure the accuracy and currency of information in the internal system. Other duties include handling work visa applications and renewals, maintaining records of employee leave and training, administering medical and other insurance policies, preparing monthly HR reports for management, and assisting with ad hoc tasks like preparing work certificates.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within professional services and internet industries. They should possess a strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements relevant to HR practices and have familiarity with hiring processes.
