• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and data analysis tools (Excel a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• A genuine interest in the retail industry and commercial real estate (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and analyzing potential retail locations
• Support with lease negotiations and lease administration tasks
• Contribute to property management activities (data entry, reporting, etc.)
• Assist the real estate team with various projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
