Qualification:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in manufacturing, Office Management, Business Analyst, or a related field.
- Motivation and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and manage workload independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel reporting.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others and display an outgoing personality.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn SAP and AS-400 systems.
- Enrolled in post-high school education for the Fall 2024 semester.
- Completion of at least one year in a related field is preferred.
- Considered a full-time student with a course load of 12 credits or more.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the follow-up of supplier RFQs (Request for Quotations) to ensure a 5-day quote turnaround.
- Aiding in the development of tracking tools for supplier delivery, capacity, and lead time.
- Assisting in forecasting demand and conducting supplier capacity analysis.
- Supporting the processing and distribution of monthly production schedules for the supply chain.
- Performing various clerical and statistical tasks related to purchasing and supply chain functions.
- Demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Possessing strong Excel skills.
- Having the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
