The EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship is a unique one-year professional development program for high-achieving young graduates who have demonstrated a clear interest in and commitment to transforming the public sector and policy-influencing organizations.
Eligibilities:
Applicants must:
- Ghanaian nationals with no criminal history.
- Completion of National Service (NSS) at the time of application.
- Not exceed 32 years of age at the time of application.
- Demonstrate commitment to the wider Public Sector work and leadership potential.
- proven track record of community involvement and a passion to serve Ghana.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a professional working environment.

- Copy of Ghana Card / Bio Page of Passport

- In not more than 500 words, describe your interest in Ghana’s public sector and how being selected as an Emerging Public Leaders (EPL) Fellow fit into your personal and professional goals.
- In no more than 500 words, describe a situation where you demonstrated initiative and leadership. What was the situation? What measures and actions did you put in place? What was the result and impact?
- In no more than 300 words, describe your understanding of Ghana’s public sector.
- Give us a sense of what inspires you (your values, beliefs, convictions, etc.) and why. (300 words)
