Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to travel to various race locations throughout the season.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive PR strategy for the racing team.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and social media content to promote the team and drivers.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and facilitate relationships with journalists.
• Assist with race day activities, including press conferences and fan engagement initiatives.
• Capture engaging photos and videos to document the team’s journey for social media and other content.
• Help monitor media coverage and generate reports on the team’s public image.
