One Million Leaders Asia Fellowship Program 2024 (Remote)

Summary:

Applications are currently being accepted for the 2024 edition of the One Million Leaders Asia Fellowship Program, which is a component of NELIS (Next Leaders’ Initiative for Sustainability). This program is open to individuals in Asia and other regions like Africa, Latin America, and MENA. Participants who are chosen for the program will receive comprehensive training in areas such as social entrepreneurship, sustainability, social innovation, and transformative leadership. They will also have the chance to implement community projects and join the OML Alumni community, enabling them to collaborate with young leaders globally.

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Applicants must be youths from the specified Asian countries.
– Age requirement: Between 18 to 40 years old at the time of application.
– Proficiency in English language.
– Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Demonstrated engagement in social, environmental, or sustainability-related areas.
– Committed to leading and mentoring other youths for positive social change.
– Passionate about sustainable and ethical action and community development.
– Willingness to commit to the entire training program and have access to the internet.

Date and Location:

The program is conducted online, allowing participants to engage remotely. The specific dates for the fellowship program may vary, and it is open to applicants from the following Asian countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong-Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
