Summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join their Customer Success team as a Project Launch Intern (remote position). In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful launch of new medical technologies for healthcare providers. You’ll gain valuable experience in the medical device industry, working on projects that directly impact patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, project management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A keen interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about medical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Success team with the planning and execution of launch projects for new medical devices.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments (engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and ensure successful implementation.
• Assist with creating training materials and conducting customer training sessions on new product use.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the launch process.
