We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team working on a groundbreaking 3R/Circular Economy project!
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Sustainable Development
- Public Affairs
- International Relations
- Political Science
- Project Management
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in general office support
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of sustainable development
- Proven track record in conducting analytical research
Languages:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in coordinating the planning and preparation of our 3R/Circular Economy project
- Act as the central point for administrative tasks related to project implementation
- Compile, analyze, and present data related to specific programs and projects
- Review project documents, particularly budgets and cost plans, for accuracy and compliance
- Manage budget revisions, ensuring funding availability and proper approvals
- Maintain and update reports, briefing notes, and visual summaries
- Conduct research for assigned training courses, including data collection and analysis
