Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Bachelor’s degree in communication.
- University degree in political sciences / development economics.
- Have University degree in public international relations.
Work Experiences:
- Full experience in programmes and projects support.
- Full work experience in UN rules and regulation concerning administration / finance, procurement.
- Full experience in working with United Nations system.
- Perfect Skill in drafting reports / communications / presentations, and gathering statistics.
- Full Experience in Microsoft Office.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (Germany ,French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Full skills in supporting the oversight and coordination of day-to-day management and operation of programme activities.
- The ability for ensuring the accounting transactions are recorded in the appropriate chartfield.
- Responsible for contributing to initiatives for workflow improvement and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards or other tools to effectively summarize findings and convey information to management.
- Responsible for contributing to maintaining coherent policy and research integration across local government departments and agencies to achieve agreed objectives.
