Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum sophomore year preferred)
• Previous coursework, projects, or internships related to program or project management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of project initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
• A passion for the foodservice industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers with various tasks, including project planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Conduct research and analyze data to support project goals
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation
• Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (may vary by project)
• Participate in meetings and presentations (may vary by project)
• Gain exposure to the entire program management lifecycle
