Program Management Intern

2024 Intern - Program Management

Summary:

Northrop Grumman is offering a 2024 summer internship program for Program Management in the Aeronautics Sector. The position is available in multiple locations, including Melbourne, FL; Clearfield, UT; El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; Emerado, ND; and San Diego, CA. Interns will work in support of various functional areas such as finance and purchasing, and will have the opportunity to develop competencies in security specializations. The internship duration is at least 10 weeks, and candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program, majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance is necessary.

Requirements:

– Enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university, graduating after August 2024
– Majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
– Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2024
– Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include having a cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher. Additionally, previous experience in internships or co-op programs, as well as possessing leadership and teamwork skills, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and active involvement in professional, community, or extracurricular activities are highly valued.

Intern Pay Range:

– Undergraduate Degrees (including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master’s program): $20.50 to $28.50 per hour
– Master’s: $29.50 to $36.25 per hour
