AWM Product Services Clerk: Detailed Description
Overall Purpose:
This is a full-time, entry-level position within Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) located in Woodland Park, CO. The role supports the ministry’s production, fulfillment, and shipping needs by ensuring products are created, packaged, and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Process daily orders by producing, picking, packaging, and preparing them for shipment within set timeframes.
- Partner Mailings: Fill monthly mailings for AWM partners and handle year-end receipts efficiently.
- Conference/Seminar Support: Assist in picking, processing, and preparing products for upcoming Gospel Truth Conferences and Seminars.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, monitor for low stock, and report to supervisors as needed.
- Shipping and Receiving: Process daily receipts, response letters, and ensure accurate information on shipping labels.
- Packing and Shipping: Determine shipping methods, affix labels, operate strapping machines, and ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
- Damage Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, identify damaged items, and handle discrepancies with shippers.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move shipments within the work area.
- Media Production: Learn to produce and replicate audio CDs, video DVDs, and USBs.
- Printing and Assembly: Assist with operating digital printers/copy machines to produce printed materials and assemble CD/DVD/USB albums.
- Additional Duties: Perform other various tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks
- Being able to operate a hand truck
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating Windows-based computers
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and potentially a sit-down forklift (additional training may be provided)
- Must be Able to obtain a Postal certification if needed
- Prior work experience (preferred)
Requirements:
- Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with AWM’s Statement of Faith
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Charis Bible College student or graduate (preferred)
- Pass required background checks
