Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with industry experts, receive on-the-job training, and engage in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and networking events.
As an intern in Product Line Management, you will work closely with the Product Management Team to support various aspects of product line management, including market research and analysis, product lifecycle management, product pricing, product line planning, and new product development.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Support the Product Line Management team in conducting market research, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs to define new product requirements.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging.
- Analyze sales and financial data to assess market penetration, product expansion, modifications, and new product development.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to improve existing products or develop new products, enhancing the user experience.
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and establish timelines.
- Supervise and report on user feedback and reactions following product launches.
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
- Develop sales and marketing presentations and demonstrations for specific products, applications, or markets.
- Conduct quality assurance controls on products.
- Participate in system configuration.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming juniors and seniors) or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance at an accredited university.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization without requiring future sponsorship.
