Qualification:

  • Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Maintained a minimum GPA of 2.7.
  • Currently in junior or senior standing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data gathering for operations, documentation updates, and data-mining.
  • On-site position based in the Dalton, GA area.
  • Project 1: Research and Design of Technology for Beveling Products
  • Conduct research and develop technology for beveling our finished goods.
  • Create prototype products and manufacturing processes related to beveling.
  • Project 2: Process Mapping for Material Characteristic Testing
  • Perform process mapping for material characteristic testing throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Investigate cost optimization opportunities after completing the mapping.
