Qualification:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with metal machining processes.
- Capability to develop training instructions for process implementation.
- Ability to develop and implement process controls.
- Knowledge of plant and equipment layout.
- Competence in evaluating equipment capacity and utilization.
- Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 6-S, Lean principles, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, process improvements, and tooling and fixture design.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design of new production processes and equipment.
- Effectively Applying your engineering knowledge to implement new processes.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot existing processes to identify areas for cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Provide project management support by assisting in the resolution of issues with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
