Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Have University degree in Business Administration / Public Administration.
- Have University degree in Economics, Political Sciences / Social Sciences, Human rights.
- Have University degree in Partnership Management.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in Procurement in UNICEF.
- Professional experience in planning / monitoring and evaluation management.
- Professional experience in managing datasets with large amount of data and in producing data analysis.
- Full-Understanding in training and capacity development / especially in Health Information Management.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to establish monitoring benchmarks, performance indicators as per the projects.
- Responsible for provide technical guidance and operational support to government counterparts, Project Management Unit “PMU”, implementing partners.
- Responsible for developing protocols for evaluation of project implementation / support collection and compilation of data, analyze and disseminate evaluation results for use by all stakeholders.
- Responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure optimum efficiency and efficacy of sustainable programmes and projects.
- Responsible for building and sustaining effective close working partnerships with health sector government counterparts
