PAGES Africa Mobility Fellowship

PAGES Africa Mobility Fellowship for Early-Career Scientists 2024

The program seeks to provide early-career academics from African countries (PhD students and postdocs at African institutions) who are interested in obtaining experience in another African country with modest funding for travel and sustenance. The ultimate objective is to support the growth of cooperative research and the networking of paleosciences in Africa.

The fellowship is designed to cover living expenses and travel-related expenditures for the fellow alone. These include economy-class airfare, visa fees, and housing and subsistence costs during the exchange term. The funding will not pay for insurance. If the applicant is unable to travel for whatever reason (such as a cancelled flight), PAGES cannot be held accountable.
