Operations Intern at Oceaneering

This program provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting Oceaneering’s IMDS (Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services) group. You’ll work alongside industry professionals, assisting with efficiency improvements and gaining practical knowledge in equipment operations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program at an accredited university, pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a process-oriented field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • A “lean mindset” focused on continuous improvement is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship required by Oceaneering.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the IMDS operations team to identify and implement operational efficiencies, utilizing lean principles.
  • Assist with equipment preparation, verification, and maintenance procedures.
