As an Operations Intern, you will learn all aspects of warehouse department operations from the ground up. This hands-on experience will give you a comprehensive understanding of how the various operations within a distribution center function.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Passion for supply chain management and improving processes.
- Display of maturity, responsibility, and leadership potential.
- Physical capabilities to push and pull up to 150 lbs, as well as lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to consistently bend, reach, squat, twist, and stand throughout the shift.

- Gain hands-on experience and understanding of warehouse operations and processes through a comprehensive trainee rotation in departments such as Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors to develop practical solutions that maintain high quality standards.
- Assist supervisors and their teams in achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the distribution center.
- Analyze opportunities for growth, cost reduction, damage reduction, and efficiency improvement within the warehouse.
- Continuously strive to improve productivity targets and enhance processes.
- Undertake internship projects that may involve testing new order packing processes and materials, creating standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes, improving and updating training manuals, and testing new warehouse software processes.
