Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in business, public administration or development studies & social sciences.
Professional Skills:
- The applicant must have minimum of 7 years of work experience performing operational or logistics or administrative tasks.
- The applicant must have work experience in the organization and implementation of small to medium size events.
- The applicant must have experience participating in community development projects.
- The applicant must have experience in supporting the implementation of NAPs or other adaptation planning processes, policies and projects.
- The applicant must have experience working with national or local government entities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- The applicant must have Experience with international organizations will be valued, as will knowledge of United Nations policies, procedures, and practices.

Key Responsibilities Careers:
- Must have Collaborative skill with the National Project Coordinator in the timely preparation and submission of project work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and progress reports.
- Must have skill in Contributing with the National Project Coordinator and the UNEP National Adaptation Plan Task Manager in developing terms of reference and assisting in the recruitment process of consultant and individual contractors.
- Must participate with the National Project Coordinator and the UNEP National Adaptation Plan Task Manager in developing legal agreements to facilitate the project implementation.
- Monitoring progress of project activities and identify corrective measures to overcome operational constraints, ensuring that the vision and values of the United Nations.
- Must have Collaborative skill in reporting project execution and planning, including elaborating financial reports and procurement plans.
- Must have skill in providing logistical organization and administration of Project Steering Committee and other relevant meetings, workshops, trainings, consultations, and communications efforts.
