Operations Analyst Intern

Prescient Edge, a veteran-owned small business specializing in intelligence analysis, is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst Intern to join their Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E) team. This internship offers a chance to gain valuable experience in supporting various operational functions within a dynamic intelligence environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong interest in intelligence, security, or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting documents like memos, data calls, subcontracts, NDAs, and reports
• Gain proficiency in collaboration tools used by Prescient Edge (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Mango Apps)
• Prepare and deliver briefings to team members on ongoing tasks or significant events
• Support proposal and report review processes, including research and data gathering
• Assist with business development and program communication efforts
• Provide logistical support to assigned programs as needed
