Online Volunteer Opportunity

Summary:

Two experienced and detail-oriented Online Volunteers are needed for a 4-week duration to assist with proofreading and layouting tasks. The UNICEF-ALNAP team requires assistance in finalizing the synthesis report and country briefs for the IASC mapping of HDP Nexus best practices. One volunteer will focus on proofreading, while the other will handle layouting tasks. Regular check-in meetings with the team are expected. The time commitment will be higher in the first half of March (around 6-7 hours per week) and decrease towards the end of the month (around 3-4 hours per week).

Volunteer requirements:

• Previous experience in copy editing publications by international government organizations or international NGOs.
• Previous experience and an interest in the HDP Nexus is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of word processing software is required.
• Experience in graphic design, layouting, and developing publications is an advantage.
• Language proficiency: English (Mother tongue level – Required), French (Working knowledge level – Desirable)
