Roles and responsibilities:
- Help in creating job descriptions, posting openings, reviewing applications, setting up interviews, and adding new hiring details to volunteer records. Lastly, help with the creation, arrangement, and management of human resources policies and procedures.
- From the beginning to the end, assist with the hiring process by creating job descriptions, publishing on relevant websites, evaluating applications, and actively seeking candidates.
- actively participating in the development of the blog’s volunteer cycle, which includes monitoring volunteer relations, performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and VegGo culture.
- Encourage the monitoring of the instruments and procedures required to guarantee a successful hiring process.
