Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Provide basic care to patients, such as taking vital signs, assisting with ambulation, and performing hygiene tasks.
- Document patient care activities accurately and concisely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Observe and report patient conditions and changes to registered nurses.
- Participate in educational opportunities and training sessions provided by LRH.
- May have the opportunity to rotate through different departments (depending on program structure).
