Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Must have successfully completed a minimum of one semester of nursing clinical rotations.
- Proof of continued enrollment in a professional nursing program with no breaks exceeding one year.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently under supervision.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist registered nurses in providing direct and indirect patient care under close supervision.
- Perform basic nursing tasks such as vital sign measurement, medication administration (as delegated), assisting with ambulation, and maintaining patient hygiene.
- Document patient care activities accurately and concisely in electronic medical records.
- Observe and report patient conditions and changes to registered nurses.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and educational opportunities.
- Maintain a sterile and safe patient environment.
