Non-Resident Associate Fellowship General Eligibility
Junior Fellowships:
- Aimed at identifying and nurturing next-generation leaders and scholars.
- Participants will engage in conferences, seminars, and professional development activities, both in-person and online.
- Eligibility: MA degree in any discipline, less than five years of work experience post-graduation, and outstanding career achievements.
Senior Fellowships:
- Designed to strengthen the capabilities of the NDC’s Research Division through publications, workshops, and mentoring.
- Eligibility: Completed PhD at least five years prior to the application year, an impressive publication record, and recognized expertise in their field.
Requirements of Non-Resident Associate Fellowship:
- Open to nationals from NATO and NATO partner countries.
- Both junior and senior fellows will be affiliated with the NDC’s Research Division on a non-residential basis.
- Junior fellows will participate in annual workshops and other activities, while senior fellows will contribute to publications and organize workshops.
Non-Resident Associate Fellowship Conditions:
- Non-resident fellows are not employed by NATO or the NATO Defence College but will be remunerated for their contributions.
- Junior fellowships are initially for one year but can be extended, while senior fellowships are for two years with the possibility of renewal.
