Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant coursework may be considered)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor processing fundamentals and techniques (e.g., thin-film deposition, etching, lithography)
- Prior experience in a research lab or cleanroom environment (a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Python, MS Office, Power BI, or Statistical Analysis for at least 6 months.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of new process technologies for chip manufacturing
- Assist engineers in optimizing existing processes to improve yield, quality, and cycle time
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot process issues to identify and implement improvements
- Contribute to the creation of technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records to ensure process consistency and traceability
