Natural Science and Engineering Scholarship

Description:

This scholarship is for students who want to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science and Engineering. It is funded by Korea University and is open to international applicants. The scholarship covers 65% of the tuition fee + living expenses. The application deadline varies.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• Be an international applicant
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher (out of 4.5), 3.36 or higher (out of 4.3), 3.14 or higher (out of 4.0), or 85 or higher (out of 100) from your previous (latest) school
• Have a TOEFL (iBT) score of 82 or higher (My Best Score accepted), a new TEPS score of 337 or higher, an Academic IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, or a TOPIK level of 4 or higher
• Get a recommendation from the department and approval from the Dean of the KU Graduate School
• Have not received any other scholarships such as the Global Korea Scholarship or Foundation Scholarship at the same time
• Apply for both admission and scholarship at once.

Scholarship value

The scholarship provides 65% of the tuition fee The student will receive a monthly living assistance payment of KRW500,000 through the KU portal.
