Summary: The National Teaching Fellowships in UK, 2024 are scholarships that provide partial funding for any degree in any subject offered by the university. The scholarships are provided by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and are open to UK nationals. 1. Application requirements:
- – Working for any HE provider in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, including HE in FE and independent providers, in part-time, full-time, or non-permanent contracts.
- – Being an HEA fellow of any category and working towards the fellowship.
- – Not being a team leader of the current CATE nomination.
- – Being contracted to an HE provider in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, even if working at an institution abroad.
- – Being one of the three individual members nominated by the eligible institution.
- – Writing a claim for National Teaching Fellowship in at most 3500 words that shows how they meet each of the three criteria of excellence.
2. Fellowship benefits:
- – Receiving partial funding that varies depending on the scholarship level and the degree program.
- – Studying any degree in any subject offered by the university.
- – Being recognized as an outstanding teacher and learner in the HE sector.
