Job Details: Job Title: National Gender Expert Unit: UNIDO Job Place: Vietnam Deadline: 6, February, 2024 Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in social or natural sciences.
- Master’s degree in social studies and Humanities.
- University degree in Business administration.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in the field of gender equality and gender mainstreaming.
- Excellent knowledge of gender analysis and gender planning.
- Experience in mainstreaming gender in projects and programmes.
- Experience in developing and implementing capacity building programmes.
- Work Experience in working with government institutions and international or non-governmental organizations supporting gender.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Serbian languages is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for conducting desk review of agricultural value chain gender analysis report of the country.
- Responsible for reviewing project document and relevant UNIDO documents on the requirements for gender mainstreaming.
- Responsible for conducting a detailed gender analysis through survey or interviews.
- Responsible for collecting sex disaggregated baseline data that could be used to monitor potential gender impacts.
- Responsible for integrating relevant gender components from the plan of action for gender mainstreaming in the workplan of the project activities.
