The MultiChoice Talent Factory (MTF) South Africa Academy 2024 is a 12-month program that trains young South Africans who have diplomas or degrees in film and TV production. The program offers hands-on experience in various aspects of filmmaking, such as directing, producing, cinematography, and more. The program is run by MultiChoice Group, a leading video entertainment company in Africa.

The program is sponsored by MultiChoice Group, with the support of the Bank of Industry, the Tony Elumelu Foundation, and the European Union.

Eligibility:

The program is open to South African citizens who have completed a 3-year diploma or degree in film, TV, or a related field in 2022/2023. Applicants must have a minimum C+ aggregate and be able to commit at least 20 hours per week throughout the program.
